Win at Slack

👋 I work remotely for 5 years now, and at some point I realized, that the biggest bottleneck in my projects is communication. Sure, we did get the job done, but back-and-forth on Slack was excruciating. Constant pings, half-thoughts and disagreements were seriously impairing my productivity. So I gathered everything I could find to elevate my slack game and wrote up a mini-course. People evolved to communicate in person and just trying to "wing it" online won't work that great. We need to approach it mindfully. If you have a tip on how to communicate effectively in a group chat, MS Teams, Slack, Github comment - I'm very curious!
