What do you think? …

Eman Zabi 🚀

Neat product! I use Wispr a fair bit at the moment, how is Willow different?

Allan Guo

@eman_zabi Thanks! We're the first voice-first custom keyboard on iOS. 1) Full alphabet keyboard 2) Style-matching (automatic tone adjustment based on the app you’re using, so texts don’t sound like emails) 3) AI-rewriting features. A neat workflow we've seen is using voice dictation to get thoughts down, then using our AI-rewrite feature to clean text up. Have you tried that?

Sachee Perera

how is this different to wisprflow?

@allan_guo I've tried the keyboard, and from a UX perspective, it is nicer. I like how I can reformat it directly from the iOS keyboard, but everything else that you said is available to me via Wispr Flow. it might be good to refine your positioning

I've been using Willow for a few days now, and it is such a breath of fresh air. Typically, before I would dictate into an AI tool, get the AI tool to clean up my dictation, and then I would have to copy-paste that into my message window. I have been able to do away with that multistep workflow, I just open my messaging app on iPhone and Mac and speak away. I’ve not had to make too many edits which I have also be pleasantly surprised with. I'm so pleased that I came across this and I hope the software gets better and better. Keep up the good work, guys. Well done. (This message was made using Willow ☺️)

@tokxie Michael, this means the world to us. Yup, the goal was to create the most seamless dictation experience, and that means removing as many steps as possible. Glad to hear you've enjoyed it.

Can't say enough good things about Willow. It's the one product that I would now feel naked without in my day-to-day routine as a software engineer, developer, content creator, etc. Task comments, prompting AI, etc, all become faster and far less of a hassle to type it all out. It's great.

I'm typing this with Willow right now 😁

On both desktop and iOS, it's replaced most of my typing workflows and has only been getting better and better as I keep testing it. It's helped me move so much faster, and now anytime I have to physically type, it feels painstakingly slow. Excited to keep seeing improvements to the product!

Allan Guo

@misteryeo Totally agreed, Andy! I'm also typing this with Willow. It's just painstakingly slow to physically type now. I'm so glad to hear you're enjoying Willow.
