The main tool the sector relied on shut down, leaving organisations scrambling with no real alternative. Wildlife rehabilitation in Australia isn't simple. Every state has different compliance rules. Organisations run on tiered volunteer structures where specific people are legally authorised to care for specific species. None of the generic animal management tools out there understand this. So I built WildTrack360 from the ground up — purpose-built for how Australian wildlife rehab organisations actually work. Role-based access that mirrors real org structures, species-scoped permissions that reflect legal authorisation requirements, and jurisdiction-aware compliance workflows for NSW and ACT (with more states coming).
