WhoScribe turns meetings, interviews and lectures into speaker-labelled transcripts. Try one file a day without signing up. Free accounts get 90 minutes a month and TXT export; Unlimited adds 10-hour files, speaker recognition and DOCX, PDF, SRT and VTT.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m Baris, co-founder of WhoScribe.
We built WhoScribe around a simple idea: getting usable text from a recording shouldn’t start with cutting up a long file or end with one giant wall of text.
Here’s what is ready today:
🎙️ Speaker-labelled transcripts. Interviews and multi-person meetings stay readable, and you can rename every speaker.
⏱️ Long recordings are normal. Unlimited supports files up to 10 hours and 5 GB, with as many as 50 files in one batch.
🌍 90+ transcription languages. Translate the finished transcript into 50+ languages without uploading the recording again.
✍️ A transcript you can work with. Click any timestamp, edit names and jargon inline, then export to DOCX, PDF, TXT, SRT or VTT.
🔓 Try the first file without signing up. A free account gives you 3 files a day, with the first 30 minutes of each transcribed. Unlimited is $10/month billed yearly or $20 monthly, with no per-minute credits.
We’ll be here throughout launch day. If speaker labels miss, a technical term comes out wrong, or your workflow needs a format we do not have yet, tell us — that is the feedback we want most.

Hey everyone 👋 Emre here, co-founder of WhoScribe.
A lot of work went into getting WhoScribe to this point, and it’s great to finally have it live on Product Hunt.
Our goal is pretty straightforward: make transcription fast, simple, and actually useful after the transcript is generated — whether it’s a meeting, interview, lecture, podcast, or a long recording.
We’re still at the beginning, so today is especially valuable for us. I’d love to hear what you like, what feels confusing, and most importantly, what you think is missing.
I’ll be around with @baris_yaman throughout the launch. Thanks for checking out WhoScribe! 🚀
