WhoisOutThere helps you understand the human side of job postings. See who could excel at the core tasks, who gets filtered out by requirements, and why. Make more inclusive hiring decisions based on actual human potential, not just keyword matching.

Hi everyone 👋
I built WhoisOutThere to solve a simple problem: job postings often filter out great people for the wrong reasons.
What it does:
Upload any job posting, and in about 7-8 minutes (yes, it takes time - we're thorough), you'll see:
- Who could actually do this job well (based on core tasks)
- Who gets excluded by specific requirements or conditions
- What biases might be hiding in the language
Why this matters:
A requirement like "10 years experience" might exclude someone with 8 years who could be perfect. Remote work restrictions might filter out talented parents. Industry-specific jargon might deter career changers who have all the right skills.
The honest limitations:
- AI can hallucinate (despite our multi-agent verification)
- Bias isn't eliminated, just made visible
- Some results might seem implausible
- It takes 7-8 minutes (not instant gratification)
How we handle this:
Multiple AI agents cross-check each other. Statistical data validates personas. Lots of checks and balances built in. But ultimately, it's still AI - and I'm still human. We can both be wrong.
The invitation:
You get 3 free credits to test it properly. After that, you can support the project through credits (€19-199) or - equally valuable - honest feedback about what works and what doesn't.
I'm not claiming we've solved hiring. We're just trying to make it more human-centric by showing you the humans behind the requirements.
Would love your thoughts on how we can improve this together.
