Who can use your color combination?

An invaluable tool for any designer or developer working towards accessibility on the web or in design. Uses the WCAG specification to show how your colours would appear and score for people with regular vision and impairments such as colour blindness.

Thanks for posting this @chrismj83 ! Hi everyone, I'm the one that made this little app. WhoCanUse is a tool that brings attention and understanding to how colour contrast can affect different people with visual impairments. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) covers a wide range of recommendations for making Web content more accessible. Just a tiny part of making the web more accessible is accommodating for those with a form of blindness or low vision. The standard grading system is a great start, but I thought I'd try to humanize the people who are affected by the different grades. This was made using Gatsby, React and a few small plugins. Happy to answer and questions or hear any feedback you might have on ways to improve. If you'd like to contribute then head over to https://github.com/coreyginnivan... and get a PR going! Thanks everyone!

It helps me learn about different vision types and situational events. I like how it provides sliders to find colour combinations that have enough contrast to pass the simulated tests. I used this tool to design colour schemes for dark mode and low vision.
