Whiteborb is a shared online drawing surface. It's free to use and open source. It also doesn't require signup and works well on mobile devices. Give it a try! 🖌️

This is a great product! Not just for work but for socially distanced Pictionary evenings as well! Personally I would prefer the buttons to be vertically down one side of the screen as opposed to in the middle as it feels a little clunky, and maybe the background of the buttons slightly less grey? It's all in the aesthetics though, love the product otherwise!

Has a lot of potential. I like the ease of getting started. Could use more work on mobile to allow canvas to be expanded. Also needs to be sharable
@ope_bukola Thanks for your feedback! Currently you can pan across the canvas using the Pan tool, but I've been wanting to add zoom functionality as well. And you can share the link with others; did you mean a specific "share" button somewhere?

@tyler_berbert oh I didn't realize the pan tool was there. Good stuff! And again didn't know you could share the link. Might be worth adding a share button that just copied the URL to make that more obvious to users. And as others said make the tool bar smaller. Good work on this!

Thank you for this! I love the wholesome borb name/logo. Also the simplicity, which takes me back to early 2000 webtools, that didn't require a sign-up. <3
Would be great if you gave the mobile version a way to navigate and expand canvas - maybe an option to collapse the menu, but more space would make sense.
@minks Thanks for the kind words and feedback! I hoped that the Pan tool would be enough, but zoom functionality is in the works as well. And great idea, I know the menu is a bit bulky on smaller screens.

This is like Zoom but then for White boards! Fantastic!
I'm just a bit scared of the 'Clear' button. If I would ask people to collaborate and that button is pressed then things do get lost.
Thanks @joid ! Good point, and that’s something I should make clearer - I’ll add a screen that warns the user this will happen. Longer-term, I should also add a “clear my own drawings” version of the clear button. In the meantime, hoping undo/redo will work for most cases!

I've actually been looking for one of these recently as I've been using the zoom feature on my computer yet without one on my phone!

Ah, this is interesting. Much needed at the time of EdTech Revolution in combination with Mobile Internet. Gonna give it a try for sure. :-)
Nice tool! However, the thumbnails on this page look unappealing. Nothing against the website though. It works like a charm! If you make the pictures on this page more drawing, you can increase traffic.
Just a thought 😉
