Just opened the Alc on this platform, and I feel like I've been cheated in some way. They promise 2000 contacts and 1000 free conversations a month, but this isn't completely true. 1000 conversations are free from meta, and 2000 contacts are set up in a way so that if you import 2000 members, you get 2000 contacts. If you wanted to remove one or 100 people and wanted to add new members, this will not happen - they will not allow you to delete and add new numbers. So they are promoting on the website that you can manage up to 2000 contacts for free, but in reality, it's not entirely true. As someone who uses other platforms like SendFox, I can tell you that they allow you to delete and add email addresses as much as you want for free. If you're someone who is planning on using this for API purposes, please drop the idea right now. This is not a good option for OTP services and broadcasting messages . They will add each person as a contact and only 2000 users can register. The 2000 limit is only one-time. If you add this once, it's over. So it's better to go for other options than falling for this type of free scam like me. I just tried it and please avoid it @sukhwani Thank you for getting in touch with me yesterday. Thanks for clearing that up now, and it was too late for this response. It's important to set the expectations for users coming from platforms like Sendfox and other marketing platforms, so they know what they're getting into. Still, I stand by what I said before: if you're looking for a basic tool, this might be okay, but if you need something more sophisticated for marketing or broadcasting or Api , Will cost Money , you'd be better off going with another option. Thanks for taking the time to explain all this. I never felt this bad for someone until I talked to the team and the founder of this company. I have felt this bad about there services before, but yesterday was really upsetting. It seems like the founder is not taking responsibility for the team's actions and doesn't care about the customers at all. They were trying to argue and shout at me. Whatever is going on, they need to take negative criticism from users and solve it. Now people will be able to understand this information in a better way. As a founder and investor , I understand that growth and success come with being open to criticism and negative feedback. It’s important to remember that these can be valuable opportunities for improvement and learning , Do not be a dickhead next time somebody tells you it isn't working, or they don't understand it, try to help him and learn from it, take care, and have a great future. ,
