WezBook is online booking software for beauty professionals — hair salons, barbers, nail and beauty studios, spas, and independents.
Every pro gets their own booking mini-site. Clients book 24/7, see clear services and real availability, and confirm in a few taps.
What we do differently: reviews go to the salon's own Google Business Profile, not to ours. Most booking marketplaces collect reviews on their own listing — the salon does the work, the platform ranks, and the day the salon leaves, it leaves with nothing. We flipped it. WezBook prompts clients after each appointment, and the review lands on the salon's profile. They built that visibility, so they keep it.
The rest:
• A calendar that suggests slots to fill the gaps in your day
• Add-on services offered at the moment clients book
• Client records with service history and preferences
• SMS reminders, billed on usage
• Real-time analytics on revenue and daily performance
• Optional modules: team accounts, custom website hosting, a compliant point of sale
Setup takes about fifteen minutes. Free plan, no commitment. We're live in France and Belgium, and we answer support ourselves.
Happy to answer anything. And if you build for small local businesses: what made your users actually switch?

Love how clean the booking flow is, especially how the calendar side panel just slides in without losing context. Honestly feels like the team really thought through the small stuff.

The fact that client management lives right inside the booking flow without forcing a separate tab is a really thoughtful call, makes the whole experience feel less like juggling three tools.

Would love to see a simple SMS reminder feature alongside email, since most of my clients actually respond faster to texts and I end up chasing no-shows otherwise.

A nice all-in-one approach for solo businesses. One thing that would help a lot is letting clients reschedule on their own through a link in the confirmation email — right now it seems like they have to message me directly, which adds friction on both sides. Adding self-service rescheduling (with maybe a 24-hour cutoff rule) would save a ton of back-and-forth.

The way you merged booking and client management into one clean flow is honestly really well done, most tools make you bounce around like three different screens. The free tier to get started is a nice touch too.
