Hey Hunters! It’s been four years in the making, but we are so excited to share WeStretch with you! Coming from a collegiate-level gymnastics background, I always knew the importance of stretching but I knew that the way we did it wasn’t very efficient. After a burst of inspiration from the shower, I decided to figure out the best way to stretch and built an app to help others get moving too. We created our own artificial intelligence to generate specific routines for each user and designed the stretches with the help of a local physiotherapist. Next thing we knew, we had the head of Google Marketing Canada remarking that what we were doing was the first of its kind and entering a white-space market. (Look that up- it’s pretty neat!) Our app surpasses other fitness apps in that it is designed to be used by literally everyone. - Mom of two who has never exercised in her life? - Middle-aged men with a competitive nature who like consistency in their day? - World-class Irish Dancers? - Eighty-year-old grandmas with bad hips? - Work-from-homers with cerebral palsy? - Gym-lovers who don’t want to have to take a day off due to strained muscles? - Fourteen-year-olds who use it as a way to burn off too much energy? - Recovering stroke patients who need something they can work on by themselves? (In fact, if you can think of someone who CAN’T benefit from a bit of stretching, please let us know. We’ll give you a cookie! ;P) What makes us so neat is our customizations included in our premium version! We have the option to: - Remove specific poses and focus on certain body parts (like your neck or your hips or whatever is sore!) - Improve your overall sport performance, including being able to do the splits. - Help you with strengthening, using only your body weight. Recently, we added the little gem of being able to tour around some of Alberta’s highlights like Pinto McBean or the Three Sisters Mountains! There is a FREE seven-day premium trial if you want to explore our many options, but if you’re pretty vanilla, our base app without the subscription is still fantastic on its own! All you have to do to use is to find a decent space to move around in and set the amount of time you have. That’s it! You don’t even have to change out of your jeans! Believe it or not, stretching IS a form of exercise and we're here to help you change your perspective on it. Ada, your personal "stretchercise" trainer, will start you off with easy stretches, but will increase them in difficulty as you improve! Our stretches may seem too short- that’s intentional! According to physiotherapists, what is important is the repetition of a stretch, not the length of time you hold it. The other thing you may notice is that you don’t always stretch both sides in a routine. Think about when you shoulder check. You twist to check over your left shoulder, but you don’t immediately twist right to balance out. You WILL stretch the other side, just in a later routine. As a grandmother of 11, I knew I had to keep moving. We Stretch helps me get those kinks out and ready to move with all those kids. I recommend this for all ages. The kids enjoy doing the stretches with me. The parents are now putting this into their routines!

I’m a former varsity swimmer and had problems with my muscles and joints just hurting for years. I’ve been using WeStretch for over 250 consecutive days and I haven’t noticed any issues in my body since I began regularly stretching.

I know it sounds cliché, but this product literally changed my life. In the past two months, I’ve gone from an extremely sedentary couch potato with a lower back so tight that I couldn’t lay down without a pillow under my knees, to a guy who stretches 40 minutes a day every day (69 days and counting), And who hasn’t had to sleep with a pillow under my knees for over a week now. I have tried for years to get myself motivated and get moving again and nothing worked, until I tried WeStretch. Keep up the great work guys. – Chris

As a dancer, I’ve always considered myself flexible... I thought there wasn’t a stretch I hadn’t done... WRONG! WeStretch was beautifully created to assist new stretchers as well as experienced stretchers! My flexibility continues to improve every time I use it. It moves every joint in every direction... something I wouldn’t have the knowledge to do on my own! Great warmups, cool downs, sport improvement, injury and splits routines! What more could I need?!
