Wemixo is a collaborative social platform built for collective creation. Instead of traditional static posts, every piece of content here can branch out into something new. Whether you want to co-create dynamic video chains, share collaborative media albums, or build evolving stories, lists, and poems with people worldwide—Wemixo turns passive scrolling into a shared interactive journey. Join us for our next big chapter!

Hi Product Hunt community! 👋
I’m Sadik, a solo creator, and I’ve spent the last 1.5 years pouring my heart, soul, and endless lines of code into building what you see today.
To be honest, Wemixo was born out of pure frustration with traditional social media. I was deeply tired of the classic, static feed where everything feels like a "one-man show" focused on isolated vanity. It felt like passive scrolling was draining our collective creativity.
I wanted to build something more dynamic—a living ecosystem where social media is an interactive, shared journey. With Wemixo, we are shifting the focus from individual broadcasting to collaborative creation. Every post you start isn't just a dead end; it’s a seed that can branch out into brand-new versions, dynamic video chains, and shared media albums.
I truly believe that collaboration makes everything more fun. After all, doesn't everyone want to be a meaningful part of something bigger?
Today, Wemixo is officially LIVE, and I couldn't be more excited to finally open the doors to all of you! 🚀
I would be incredibly grateful for your support, feedback, and thoughts today. Please dive in, try it out, and let me know your questions or feature requests in the comments below. I will be here all day to chat and answer your questions!
Let's create together,
Sadik Alaca

Do creators have control over who can branch their stuff, like approval or private collabs?
@naimz Hey Naim, thanks for the great question! 🙌
That hits on a very core part of how the platform works. Here is how we handle it based on your privacy and collaboration goals:
🌍 Public Projects (Open Collaboration)
When you create a public post, it’s open to the community. Anyone can branch or "extend" your work. This is designed to spark unexpected creativity and see where the community can take an idea. While you can't gatekeep who branches a public post, it's a fantastic way to discover new collaborators organically!
🔒 Private Projects (Controlled/Private Collabs)
If you want full control, Private Posts are exactly what you're looking for. Here is how they work:
Invite-Only: You choose exactly who you want to invite to your private workspace.
Controlled Iteration: You and your invited team/friends can safely branch, experiment, and collaborate behind closed doors.
Flexible Launching: Once the perfect version is ready, you have two choices:
You can take the finalized version and flip it to Public for the world to see.
Or, you can simply hit "Complete" to wrap up the project and publish the final result directly.
So, whether you want wild, open-source-style community chaos or a tightly locked, invite-only brainstorming session, we’ve got you covered! 🚀
