There are a wealth of apps that track periods, diet, sleep, or fitness goals separately. We wanted to build an app that helps women continue to achieve their wellness goals throughout the month by factoring in the impact of their cycle into their goals. We have conducted user research on an alpha release to test the concept and are now doing a beta release to test with a wider audience. This beta release focuses on the wellness goal of body recomposition. Users can set their target— lose weight slowly, gain weight quickly, etc.— and the app will provide meal plans that allow users to hit this goal. As more information is provided on symptoms the users feel throughout their cycle, the meal plans will update to provide food recommendations that aim to alleviate symptoms while continuing to progress towards their overall goal.
