Wellness Champ

Hi! I’m Mia, founder of WellnessChamp.Fit. I’ve been a fitness fanatic for the past 6 years — working out 5-6x a week, reading extensively on form, and tracking my calories, macros, and muscle size daily. Up until 5 months ago, I’ve only used a personal trainer once because typical personal rates are expensive at $60-100 per hour. This all changed 5 months ago. I started virtual personal training because I found an accredited trainer at price of a group gym class — Barry’s anyone? Since then, I’ve gotten the best gains I’ve ever had in my life. The same inspirational results were true for all our Champs, whether they were newbies shy of going in person to the gym or fitness fanatics looking for incremental gains. Like me, our Champs have universally become healthier and happier since starting — because personalized, dedicated, and live coaching makes all the difference.
