Most teams use different tools for tasks, time tracking, and billing. WeldFlow puts everything in one place. Plan your work with Gantt charts or simple boards, track hours easily, and share files and messages with your team. See who is busy, assign work clearly, and follow milestones. One simple workspace to manage projects from start to finish.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I built WeldFlow because I was tired of managing projects across five different apps, one for tasks, one for time tracking, one for docs, another for team communication etc. Every new project meant setting up the same thing in multiple tools.
So I built an easy-to-use project management tool called WeldFlow to bring it all together. Here's what's inside:
Tasks - Manage all your project tasks in one place
Gantt - See your full project timeline at a glance
Table - View and edit your data in a structured spreadsheet
Whiteboard - Sketch ideas and plan visually with your team
Workload - See who's busy and who has room for more
Members - Manage your team and control who has access
Files - Store and organize all your project files
Timesheet - Track time spent on tasks and projects
Pipeline - Move deals through stages with drag and drop
Documents - All your project notes and files in one place
Goals - Track what your team is working toward
It's still early and I'm actively building based on feedback. I'd love to hear from you what's the one feature you wish your current PM tool had?

Hi WeldFlow team 👋
I just explored WeldFlow — really impressed with how you’ve consolidated tasks, time tracking, docs, and communication in one place. The Gantt + Whiteboard + Workload views combo is especially powerful for teams juggling multiple projects.
One thing I noticed: the transition between visual boards and structured tables could feel a bit smoother — a few small tweaks here could make onboarding and day-to-day project management feel even more seamless.
I’d be happy to put together a mini-audit with 3 actionable suggestions from a UX + workflow perspective — would you like me to send it over?
