Hi Everyone, We are really excited to launch WeDiversify. Diversity and Inclusion is a hot topic amongst organizations today, as most organizations are making a push to diversify their workforce and ensure that different demographies are well represented within their teams. A great diversity and inclusion strategy would actually start from the talent sourcing stage. So, we built WeDiversify because we realized that there was a need for a job board with a focus on diversity. WeDiversify provides organizations and teams with a platform to showcase themselves and connect with talent from underrepresented demographics. WeDiversify has the standard features you would typically find on a job board, but we have taken it a step further to provide an avenue for organizations to highlight their diversity needs. This enables organizations to specify what demographies they need a team member from and have that only published to users within that demography. Users have free access to job posts on the platform, while job posting is done at a fee(we are making this free over the next month). We are very much open to feedback.
