WebPower was born from a pure frustration of using hosting providers that gave little to no support, websites often down and no accountability for a terrible service. We decided to launch a hosting service that will never oversell our server space, will always provide full support, including WordPress website support, and additional free resources like website templates, courses and page builders. What is your worst experience with a web host, and what would you look for first if you were making the switch to a new provider?

Hi Ben & Team, congrats on the launch! You mentioned the hosting service will "never oversell server space", I was wondering if you could elaborate on that. What exactly are other hosting providers overselling that you're not, and how do you sustain that at £12/mo plans? Thanks!

They are built using page builders so anyone is able to go in and edit the site to make it their own once we have set them up. If we do not currently have the template you are looking for, you can request the template which will then be added and created.

@goyashy Hey Yash, thank you for your support. The worst experience was when I cancelled with one of the industry giants and they continuously took a years worth of hosting from my bank, multiple days in a row. Each time I contacted support they were asking the same questions and it ended up being super difficult to get the money back. I know this was a system error and no one was purposely taking the money, but that almost made it worse. Everything was fine in the end, but was completely unnecessary and if the support had been able to have an actual conversation with me, could have been resolved much sooner!
