Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Niklas, founder of Webnity X — and I built this because I was frustrated with my own agency workflow.
Every week I was jumping between Google Maps, Hunter.io, Gmail, and spreadsheets just to send a few cold emails. 5 tools, endless copy-pasting, zero automation.
So I built Webnity X — a single platform where you can:
🔍 Find leads directly from Google Maps by industry & location
✉️ Discover decision-maker emails automatically
🤖 Enrich leads with LinkedIn, tech stack & contact data
📧 Send personalized Gmail or Outlook drafts without leaving the app
📄 Create proposals & manage your team — all in one place
It's built specifically for agencies and freelancers who do B2B outreach and are tired of paying for 5 separate tools.
Free plan available — no credit card required.
Would love your feedback! Happy to answer any questions below. 🙏

@niklas_hass Hi Niclas, interesting build - the "frustrated with my own workflow" origin tends to land closer to reality than "we noticed a market gap" stories.
one angle that might be useful: i'm on the receiving end of cold-outreach workflows every week (buyer side, B2B). the failure modes are mostly invisible to the sender.
the personalization "smell" differs by enrichment source. Hunter + ChatGPT emails read one way, manually-researched LinkedIn another, and recipients have learned to detect the first. the moment an email mentions something specific from a recent LinkedIn post or blog (not the company website), reply rates climb noticeably.
curious if you've thought about closing the loop with recipient feedback at some point - even A/B variant performance across deliveries. agencies optimise on volume sent, but most of the lift in cold outreach happens on the receiving end.
