one angle that might be useful: i'm on the receiving end of cold-outreach workflows every week (buyer side, B2B). the failure modes are mostly invisible to the sender.
the personalization "smell" differs by enrichment source. Hunter + ChatGPT emails read one way, manually-researched LinkedIn another, and recipients have learned to detect the first. the moment an email mentions something specific from a recent LinkedIn post or blog (not the company website), reply rates climb noticeably.
curious if you've thought about closing the loop with recipient feedback at some point - even A/B variant performance across deliveries. agencies optimise on volume sent, but most of the lift in cold outreach happens on the receiving end.
