Hello. I’m Graham, Co-founder of GrowthBook. Let me introduce you to WebLens, our new tool for generating ideas to a/b test your website. WebLens is an AI-powered platform that generates hypotheses for A/B testing and website optimization. Using large language models (LLMs) and industry best practices, WebLens helps you enhance user engagement and boost your site's performance. We noticed that it’s very easy not to know where to start with an AB test or to have a myopia for the type of ideas you’re testing. With WebLens, we’re using AI to help you get fresh ideas you can test. You can even preview some of the changes directly from the app, and if you’re a GrowthBook user, start the tests directly with a few clicks. Let us know what you think

This sounds like a fantastic tool, Graham! 🎉 A/B testing can often be overwhelming, especially when trying to come up with fresh hypotheses. I love that WebLens leverages AI to simplify the ideation process and provide tailored suggestions. This could definitely enhance the way we approach website optimization. I can see it being super valuable for teams looking for ways to improve user engagement without getting bogged down in analytics overload. The integration with GrowthBook is also a big plus! How do you see it evolving in terms of new features or potential partnerships? Looking forward to testing it out!

@kevinyaoooooo Hi Kevin. Thanks! We have a lot of plans for future integrations for WebLens and other AI powered experimentation tooling. For the near term, we are working on improving the types of experiment ideas it suggests, and making it even easier to directly test these ideas.
Hi Graham, I've tested WebLens and the results are outstanding. The seamless integration is particularly impressive, allowing users to configure tests effortlessly. I'm particularly interested in understanding the accuracy of the model ideas and configurations. Congratulations on the launch!

@prakash_katariya1 Thanks! The ideas can be quite interesting, but that's the beauty of AB testing; it's very hard to know what will work and what will not.

Hey Graham, How does it generate A/B testing ideas? Can it adapt to different types of websites, like e-commerce vs. content-driven sites, and provide tailored suggestions? Congrats on the launch!

Thanks for your questions. I'm one of the lead engineers on WebLens. In terms of how it generates the ideas, we have a blog post on this topic that you may find interesting: https://blog.growthbook.io/how-w... It currently applies broadly to all sites, but we have put extra effort in tuning it for marketing landing pages and content pages.

This looks really exciting, Graham! WebLens seems like a game changer for anyone struggling with A/B testing. The use of LLMs to generate hypotheses is a smart approach, as often we get stuck in a loop with our testing ideas. I love that you can preview changes directly in the app; that’s a huge time-saver. For those who are not experienced with A/B testing, this guidance could be invaluable. I'm curious about the integration with GrowthBook as well; it's great to see tools that simplify workflows for users. Can't wait to see how it performs in real-world scenarios! I’m definitely considering giving it a try. Keep up the great work, @resonance!

Congrats on the launch of WebLens, Graham! This tool sounds like a game-changer for those diving into A/B testing and optimization. The integration of LLMs with optimization best practices is such a smart move—it really addresses the common struggle of where to start. I love that you can preview changes directly from the app, as that will definitely streamline the testing process. I'm curious about how WebLens handles specific user personas when generating hypotheses. Do you think it’ll also cater to niche markets? That could be a huge win for those of us looking to fine-tune our approach even further. Excited to see how this evolves and how it can enhance our ROI in the long run! Keep up the great work, @resonance!

@ema_elisi Thanks for the feedback! I'm one of the lead engineers on WebLens. Currently we don't apply any sort of user profiles or user behaviors to our prompts, but its certainly something we could explore in the future. As far as tuning for niche markets, I suspect it will work reasonably well as-is, but we will explore further nuanced training data across niches.
