As a Realtor, I get hundreds of calls on my listings, and a lot of them are missed due to my being at a showing, on another call, or just simply unavailable. Even when I'm able to answer, the reality is that most callers are simply tire kickers. Still, they are entitled to the information they are calling to learn about. This is why I built WebAll, to ensure all calls are answered, the AI then answers all of the callers questions and can immediately text a brochure or a scheduling link. We save Realtors money, most Realtors will spend an hour per day answering incoming calls on listings. If, on average, the realtor makes $40 an hour, the total loss in time becomes $800 per month, and $9,600 per year. Upon talking with business owners, this problem isn't unique to Realtors, ALL business owners face this call answering bottle neck.
