Having worked in Web3 for the last 8 years, I've worked with dozens of service providers — auditors, marketing agencies, dev shops, legal firms, accountants. Some were exceptional. Many were not. And the process of finding them was always the same: ask around on Telegram, get conflicting recommendations, pick one based on vibes, then hope for the best. There was no structured way to answer simple questions: Who actually delivers in this space? Who has a real track record beyond marketing polish? What does "good" look like for a Web3 marketing agency vs. a smart contract auditor? In traditional tech, platforms like G2 and Clutch solved this years ago. Web3 has no equivalent. So I built it. A few things I'm particularly proud of: Rankings that can't be bought. This was a core design decision from day one. The ranking algorithm weights verified reviews heaviest. A bootstrapped two-person auditing firm with great client reviews will outrank a well-funded competitor with none. That's intentional. Optimization for AI discoverability. I've implemented the llms.txt standard across the entire platform — every page has a structured markdown equivalent for AI agents. As WebMCP evolves I'll look to implement this. Also enriched structured data around reviews & partner pricing plans helps with SEO visibility. Reviews are category-specific (an audit review asks different questions than a marketing review), verified against real businesses, and tied to specific offerings. It's not a generic 5-star rating.
