Most weather apps tell you the forecast and leave the decision to you. Weather Alerts for Android works the other way around: you decide what matters, and the app watches the forecast for you. Set your own limit for rain, wind, heat, frost, snow, UV, air quality (AQI and PM2.5) or geomagnetic activity (Kp for aurora), attach it to any saved location, and get a push notification only when the forecast crosses that line.
