I'm unsure which direction we're trending in with respect to cover letters and maybe I'm wasting my time. Do they add value if done correctly? It would seem like they could only help if you really wanted to put your best foot forward. In any case, I'd love to hear your thoughts on if cover letters are truly dying or have they just been abused like the LinkedIn easy apply button. Either way, I'm just happy to have an excuse to play with a little AI in my spare time.
