What inspired you to build this? We started SRLINES SOFTWARE HOUSE with a simple observation: businesses in Pakistan and beyond were struggling to integrate WhatsApp—the world's most popular messaging platform—into their operations seamlessly. Existing solutions were either too expensive, lacked proper API access, or forced businesses into rigid, non-customizable workflows. What problem were you trying to solve? We wanted to democratize access to WhatsApp Business APIs. Many small to medium businesses, e-commerce stores, and developers couldn't afford enterprise-level solutions or found existing tools too complex to implement. There was a clear gap for an affordable, developer-friendly, yet powerful WhatsApp API platform that works out of the box. How did your approach or process evolve? What started as a simple CRM for WhatsApp messages evolved into something much bigger. As we worked with early clients—especially Shopify and WooCommerce store owners—we realized they needed automation, AI-powered chatbots, and broadcast capabilities, not just a messaging tool. That's when we decided to become a Meta Verified Technology Partner and build wCRM into a full-fledged platform. Along the way, we also noticed developers needed better tools to integrate WhatsApp into their own workflows, which led us to publish the n8n community node on GitHub and npm. Today, SRLINES offers a complete ecosystem: affordable WhatsApp Cloud API, AI chatbots, broadcast campaigns, e-commerce integrations, and open-source developer tools—all built with Pakistani businesses and global developers in mind.
