Waymate feels like a simple step counter at first, but the real value is the way it connects walking with thinking.
I like that it is not trying to become another overwhelming fitness dashboard. It keeps the experience calm and focused: track your steps, notice your progress, and capture ideas that come while you move.
That combination makes sense. A lot of good thoughts happen during walks, and having a lightweight place to save them without friction feels genuinely useful.
The app also feels clean, personal, and privacy-conscious, which is exactly what I want from this kind of product.
Thanks a lot for the detailed feedback, Viktor - really appreciate it 🙌 Great to hear the flow works well for you. And noted on onboarding - I’ll take a closer look at that.
