Hey PH 👋 I built AquaBee because no hydration app really got it right - they only track water or use flawed hydration math for other drinks. I wanted something smart, private, and fun - backed by actual science. Would love your feedback!
It uses hydration multipliers based on the 2016 Maughan et al. study to calculate the actual water content of whatever you’re drinking.
