Would love to see a watch authentication and service history tracker built in, somewhere you can log the provenance, service records, and condition notes for each timepiece. Could really help dealers build trust with buyers and easily pull up the full background of a watch during a sale.
Finally tried this over the weekend and the eBay sync just worked without me babysitting it. CRM feels made for actual watch shops rather than generic retail.
Would love to see a barcode or QR scanner built in for quickly adding watches to inventory by scanning reference numbers off the caseback or papers. Would speed up intake during busy buying days.
One thing I'd love to see is a built-in consignment tracker that automatically splits payouts between the dealer and the consignor and generates the right tax docs at year end. That alone would save me hours of spreadsheet wrangling each quarter.
The eBay and QuickBooks integration is a really smart move for dealers who already live in those tools. I tried uploading a few listings and the AI description saved me a solid chunk of time.
A watch authentication log would be a great addition, especially with fakes getting more convincing. Letting dealers record serial numbers, service history, and condition photos directly tied to each listing would build trust with buyers and make insurance claims way easier down the road.
