@kyrylosilin great question. We take the minimal set of permissions required to operate. There are no fixed access keys etc. used so there is no risk of leakage. Additionally, the user has full control on the IAM role and permissions so they can modify it too The runners themselves are run in secure, isolated VMs that don't share runtime with other workflows/jobs. hth.
Impressed by the promise of faster builds and cheaper costs. Adding custom base images is a nice touch. Well done!

GitHub Actions spend is definitely not an issue for me at this point, but a 30% speed boost could be a big deal. Pretty cool concept.
