Most engineering analytics only track commits to main, that's ~40% of what your team actually does. Warclick captures all branches, attributes squashed commits correctly, and measures real AI tool adoption. Real data for performance insights, not guesses.

Highly recommending engineering leaders give Warclick a free trial (no cc needed) via GitHub and giving your teams access to that data. It's a cut above the competition with real time updates, tracking all branches, delivering AI adoption insights without extra integrations, and helping everyone understand all that is actually happening under the hood.
The best part of my experience has been watching the engineers who use the product use the information to improve habits and drive their own performance.
Having been part of the early beta for a few months, I have confidently replaced a very expensive incumbent tool and not renewing it next year will pay for a decade of Warclick.

Why I built Warclick: I almost made an expensive / unfair team member mistake based on a developer's GitHub activity, I would have been completely wrong. The data in our analytics tool (you probably know them) looked bad. But when I dug in, I realized the tool only tracked commits that survived to Main. This person was actually an active contributor on the team, across 6 branches, none of which had merged yet.
That blind spot is eye-popping. Most tools capture ~40% of what your team actually does. I built Warclick to fix that. All repos, all branches. Squash commit attribution back to the original author. Real AI tool adoption (Cursor, Claude, Windsurf, etc., all detected individually). Custom scoring so core product work gets weighted more than experiments.
And I want this to be accessible to everyone: $4/mo per active contributor. No credit card 7-day free trial. No contract. Takes 90 seconds to set up via GitHub OAuth. You must see it in action, for free, before you're allowed to pay. That's how confident we are in the value it delivers.
Happy to answer anything, especially if you've ever had a "bad performer" who turned out to be your best engineer on paper.
