Why I built Warclick:
I almost made an expensive / unfair team member mistake based on a developer's GitHub activity, I would have been completely wrong. The data in our analytics tool (you probably know them) looked bad. But when I dug in, I realized the tool only tracked commits that survived to Main. This person was actually an active contributor on the team, across 6 branches, none of which had merged yet.
That blind spot is eye-popping. Most tools capture ~40% of what your team actually does. I built Warclick to fix that. All repos, all branches. Squash commit attribution back to the original author.
