Love how clean the shared inbox layout is, it actually makes juggling multiple agents feel manageable instead of chaotic. The visual flow builder looks like it nails the sweet spot between power and simplicity, which is rare in this space.
The visual flow builder looks really well thought out, like you can actually see how conversations branch without getting lost. Nice that the shared inbox and CRM sit in the same view instead of forcing a bunch of tab switching.
