WAKE UP YOUR WAY Create one-time or repeating alarms with your choice of sound. Use the wheel or clock picker to set your time, then choose tap, math or shake dismissal. Need a short rest? Start a quick nap alarm from your customizable presets. AN EXTRA CHECK WHEN IT MATTERS Enable Wake Check for an important alarm. It checks in five minutes after dismissal and can ring a backup five minutes later if you have not confirmed you are awake. Required Android permissions and device settings affect this feature. CHOOSE WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR ALARM Each regular alarm can offer optional next steps after you dismiss it: - Save a dream while it is still fresh - Open the notes and goals for the day your alarm rings - Skip and get on with your morning Choose these options in the alarm editor. The alarm is silenced before the next-step screen appears, and recording starts only when you choose to record. Notes and goals belong to the day, so alarms on the same day share that day's plan. KEEP A LITTLE OF YOUR DREAM WORLD Use the Dream Journal to write down a place, a feeling or a story you remember. Save an entry, revisit it and edit it later. Your journal groups entries by month and shows dates and times so you can find an earlier memory. Voice capture is also available; microphone permission and speech or model availability apply. SMALL STEPS FOR YOUR DAY Choose today, tomorrow or another date and add things you want to do. Tick them off as you finish, keep notes for the day and set an optional goal check-in notification. Add the Daily Goals widget to see your checklist and mark goals complete from your home screen. Goal text is visible on the widget. PLAN YOUR NIGHT AND MORNING Choose a wake-up time and your preferred sleep duration to get a suggested bedtime. Add a wind-down reminder, select repeat days and build a morning checklist. Routine progress is based on what you check off yourself. The planner does not measure sleep or predict sleep stages. MAKE ROOM FOR YOUR PRIORITIES Optional App Limits gives Instagram and YouTube a shared 60-minute daily budget on this phone. A dismissible reminder appears when the observed limit is reached. Pause, snooze or turn it off whenever you want. Usage access, display-over-apps permission and notifications are needed. Android can delay reminders, and observed usage may be incomplete.
