Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m the maker of Waitly — thanks for checking it out! The idea came from my own frustration while launching side projects and MVPs. Most waitlist tools felt over-engineered, tracking-heavy, or locked behind paywalls, even before I had real users. I didn’t want analytics dashboards or complex workflows — I just wanted a clean, reliable way to collect early signups and launch fast. While building Waitly, the approach kept evolving toward simplicity and privacy. I intentionally avoided cookies, tracking, background jobs, and heavy infrastructure. Instead, I focused on frontend-first integration, predictable APIs, and features that actually help conversion — like position-less waitlists, flexible signup modes, and no email confirmation by default. The goal was to make a waitlist feel as easy as embedding a button, while still giving founders powerful controls when they need them. Everything is free during beta because I want early feedback to shape the product in the right direction. I’d really love to hear: What’s the most frustrating part of waitlists you’ve used? Are there features you wish existed but never found? Thanks for the support and feedback 🙏
