We were looking for a means to manage waitlist/ stock alerts and this app can do this with the ability to create custom email templates depending on the specific campaign use case, which is a level of flexibility that opens up multiple possibilities to what we can do (eg stock alert, private sales etc).

It also has ability to natively send emails via sendgrid, or you can connect to several popular alternatives such as mailchimp.

The Wait Wise team have been very responsive to our queries and have added several additional features since launch improving the features that include improved bulk management and email editing functionality.
