We created this product based on a need I discovered while talking to an advisor in the music business. Nobody seems to know who owns what or who had it first - in certain instances this is important. So we decided to build something we could use to protect ourselves - it worked great, so now we are rolling it out to the community. In future releases you can convert files to NFT's to transfer or sell them. Imagine writing a beat for a new song and letting a producer buy your authentic track in real-time with full transparency...we believe the blockchain is the future of IP.

@gabriel_nori we have seen several users thinking of it as the official first steps for copyright or patent applications. We think you will ultimately be able to use w3safe in legal proceedings to prove ownership. The list goes on ; )
