How do you handle tricky code switching where people mix English with Hindi or Tamil mid call?
@manal_essalek1 Honestly, in India that's less of an edge case and more of the normal way people talk 😄
We've built Vyora to handle language switching throughout the conversation, not just detect a language at the start. So if someone says "Mujhe payment link bhej dijiye" or mixes Tamil and English in the same sentence, the agent understands the intent and responds naturally in the same style.
One thing we pay a lot of attention to is keeping English words in English rather than force-translating them, because that's how real conversations happen.
