VoxDesk has excellent connectivity. The calls are immediately linked. The ability to use an external device is a blessing and of great assistance. Access to call logs is useful, as is the ability to view a list of missed calls. Call monitoring and call listening is the future, and it is beneficial to listen to and evaluate your own calls. The callback scheduling and widget pop-up are also really helpful.

Voxdesk is simple to use, and it is not difficult to communicate with your clients. very straightforward and easy to navigate; phone calls, chats, and emails can all be received one at a time with minimal effort and a prompt response given.
