Six years ago, Voice XO was just an idea.
Today, it is a real platform built around something we believe has been missing from online dating and social connection…
More humanity. The journey to get here was anything but easy. We lost a huge amount of money to our first developer. The technology broke down. We ended up in court. The business collapsed. Plans collapsed. At times, it felt like life itself was collapsing around us. And yes… there were people who left. People we thought would stay. People we trusted. But there were also people who stayed when there was nothing to gain from staying. People who helped when we least expected it.
People who believed when believing was difficult. Those people will always have a place in this story. Because difficult times have a strange way of showing you what really matters. Who stays. Who helps. What you believe in and and how much you are willing to fight for it. Every time something fell apart, we rebuilt. Not exactly the same way… But better. Smarter. Stronger. More determined and through all of it, the original belief remained the same: people deserve a more human way to connect. Voice XO is not just another dating app. We wanted to create a place where a person can be more than a photo. Where you can hear someone’s voice. Understand compatibility.
Know that there is a real person behind the profile and have the opportunity to connect before making a decision based purely on appearance. Because technology should not make us less human. It should help us connect more like humans.
Today, after almost six years, we finally get to share what we have built with the world.

But even more proud that we didn’t give up when it would have been easier to do so.
