I picked this idea because I’ve always been deeply connected to sports and online fan communities. I noticed that fans have powerful opinions, but they get buried under followers, algorithms, or engagement systems that don’t give everyone an equal voice. I come from a small media background because I did journalism in high school, and that helped me understand how people express opinions and what real engagement means.
