Greetings 🤩 we are super excited to launch Vixly (our first on PH 🤞) and to get your feedback! We see many organizations using a variety of tools to accommodate their and their customers’ needs for appointment booking on one side and video meetings on the other side. We believe having tool X for scheduling and tool Y for video meetings may not provide customers with the best customer experience nor fulfill the revenue potential. To solve this we have created Vixly as an all-in-one platform providing both organizations and their customers with a seamless experience throughout the appointment process: 1. Booking (paid or free) with (re)scheduling and reminders all taken care of 2. The Appointment (meet on the Vixly in-browser video service or in-person) 3. Feedback & rating n. Rebooking The platform is customer-centric giving customers full control of their data and any opt-ins they give Vixly and organizations offering services on Vixly. The platform is compliant with various privacy laws and regulations including GDRP and HIPAA.
