Great new tool for measuring the impact of PR and earned media for brands in Google search results. Love using SEMrush and Moz, but they only track how a brand's website ranks for the most part.

@nate_moch A good question. Content Clicks is the estimated number of “clicks” or user traffic to a particular link on a Search Results Page over the course of a month. After Visably identifies all on-page content mentions of your brand within the SERP, we also look at the overall monthly search volume of that keyword and attribute estimated clicks to each link. We look at the average CTR per SERP Feature + page position and then attribute an appropriate percentage of the overall keyword traffic to that result. We then add up the clicks from all the links that feature your content and provide that total as your “ESTIMATED CONTENT CLICKS”

@keithlevans Good question - Visably is most useful for mid-size or large brands with a large digital footprint that is hard to measure. Furthermore, if you're not using search for top-of-funnel customer acquisition, Visably might not be an important tool for you. Fundamentally Visably does two things: 1) it's a brand listening tool: it finds who's talking about your brand in search, hence, unveiling all the customer touch points in the SERP. Once you wrap your head around these touchpoints, it much easier to improve how customers "discover" your brand in the search landscape. 2) Visably is a list-building platform. We developed a channel-identification technology that segments each result in the SERP into common marketing channels like "earned media," "ecommerce," or "brand owned" — using this technology you can all of a sudden extract all the results for PR, sales, or SEO — and nothing else. Fundamentally, it helps find your blind spots and also develop a rich multi-channel strategy so you can fully saturate all the potential customer touch points in search. Hope that helps.
