Hi Product Hunt, I'm Joshua, the maker of Vimbre.

I built it after two moments I could not shake.

First, a client asked me: "When did we decide this, and who agreed to it?" I knew we had. I just could not prove it. I spent a long time digging through emails and team chats to piece together the answer.

Then I moved into a new role and needed to understand why one project decision had been made. After a lot of back and forth, I was reading old emails and chats and guessing at the reason. Same problem, this time for my own onboarding.

The tasks were tracked. The decisions were not. Tasks live in Trello or Asana. Conversations live in Teams, Slack and email. The decision, and the reason behind it, lives in neither. When someone leaves, changes role or goes on holiday, it goes with them.

So I built Vimbre. It sits alongside the tools you already use and does four things:
