Upload a reference video and get a structured breakdown of its subject, action, composition, camera, lighting, color, style, and timeline—plus a reusable prompt for Seedance, Kling, Veo, and more. The original video stays in your browser.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built VideoDescriber.ai because recreating the visual language of a reference video is surprisingly difficult.
You can watch a clip and understand how it feels, but turning that into a precise generation prompt—covering the subject, camera movement, composition, lighting, color, pacing, and scene progression—takes a lot of time.
VideoDescriber.ai samples representative moments from a video and turns them into:
• A structured visual breakdown
• A complete time-based scene script
• A reusable AI video prompt
• A negative prompt for more controlled results
The generated prompts can be adapted for models such as Seedance, Kling, and Veo. The original video stays in your browser; only a small set of compressed representative frames is used for visual analysis.
We’ve also added local subtitle transcription and audio extraction to keep related video workflows in one place.
I’d love your feedback: what information would make the generated prompts more useful for your creative workflow?
