VibeInvite is a simple tool designed to help parents simplify party planning. Instead of juggling group texts and lost paper invites, you get one easy link to track RSVPs, plus the ability to print out matching physical cards for school. It also features a private, secure photo wall where pictures can be shared easily.

If you’re a parent, you probably know the drill when it comes to kids' birthday parties. It usually means starting a chaotic group chat, handing out paper RSVPs that get lost in backpacks, and spending the day after the party begging other parents to text you the photos they took.
I built ViteInvite as a simple tool to help fix this and make parents' lives a little easier.
Here is how it helps:
- Printable QR Cards: Kids still love handing out physical cards at school. We let you generate a cute 5x7 printable template with a QR code, so you can enjoy the fun of physical cards while still benefiting from the ease of digital RSVP tracking.
- Private "Vibe Wall": Guests can upload photos live during the party. Unlike standard shared albums, we built this with strict privacy in mind. Only people actually on the RSVP list can view or download the photos, so your kids' photos aren't out on the public internet.
- Simple Tracking: Easily track RSVPs and send out quick "Thank You" emails to everyone who came.
I really just wanted to build something that lets parents enjoy the party rather than spending the whole time managing it.
