What is VIABI ?

VIABI is the acronym of Virtual Intelligent Assistant for Business Interactions

Where did the idea came from?

What if AI could help professionals to enhance the quality of life in a workplace environment and in the same time of improving efficiency and productivity. Actually if we think about it, it's more simple to talk than to write. So we created an AI with voice commands designed for professionals to do more with less. We believe that VIABI will help people to have more time and energy without loosing focus.

What can you do with VIABI ?

You can make with your voice realtime reports and analytics about clients, contracts, expenses, cashflow ...

You can display, add and find quickly some crucial information about your business and gain more time and energy, like clients, actions reminders, information about clients or prospects, files, projects, schedule, meetings, leaves, expense reports with supporting documents ...

I'm already using a system, can we integrate VIABI with ?

Yes of course, there is an API version of VIABI that can be integrated with VIABI. Let us know if you need any help.
