CONSUMER WARNING: Make sure you like these shoes as they recently changed their return policy so you can only exchange newly, unworn shoes. I know, I know, this is crazy as Allbirds, Amazon and many other companies offer free returns. DON'T BE A SCHMUCK LIKE ME. They have lost me as a client, make sure you don't make the same mistake I did. Worse thing is the first pair I owned was amazing, and the second pair didn't fit. Same shoe, same size, different color. Manufacturing?

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! I returned them for wrong size & had to report them to Better Business ... they have had over 10 complaints for not refunding if there is an issue Notice there is no customer support phone number so you are at their mercy for communication

I am a nurse. I bought a pair of of these shoes thinking the waterproof aspect of the shoe would be perfect for work. Nurses spend the majority of our work day on our feet. Having comfortable shoes is important. However, there is absolutely no arch support and the sole of the shoe provides no cushioning. It was barely better than being barefoot. These shoes seem to be cheaply made. In addition, I received an email from vessi asking me to review the shoes. I posted this same review. I received an email from vessi saying that my review would need to be approved before it was posted. My review was never posted. Guess vessi doesn't approve of costumers sharing their honest opinion of their product.
