Then a PI, invoice, or bank instruction arrives — and the buyer has to decide whether to send a deposit. Most supplier checks happen too late, or they only look at one surface signal. VeriSupplier is built for the pre-payment moment. You can start with whatever clue you have: a Chinese company name, credit code, website, or Alibaba shop URL. For deeper checks, buyers can upload a PI, invoice, bank instruction, business license, certificate, or marketplace profile. The report looks for mismatches across: • supplier legal identity • PI / payee details • bank beneficiary information • website and marketplace profile clues • factory claims • certificates and uploaded documents The goal is not to call every supplier “safe” or “scam.” The goal is to show what evidence matches, what does not match, why it matters, and what the buyer should ask before wiring money.
