The idea came from the wreckage of my own account, but building it took me somewhere I didn’t expect: two years, solo, teaching myself everything from the sensor integrations to the UX, throwing out versions that “worked” but didn’t actually change behaviour. The hardest part wasn’t the tech, it was getting the app to interrupt you before the impulse wins. Verge is the tool I wish I’d had before I lost everything.
