I’ve been building Verba, a small Windows desktop app for transcribing audio and video files on your own computer.
I wanted something straightforward for turning recordings into subtitles or text without uploading the media to a transcription service. Verba can process a list of files or scan a folder, save the queue between runs, and export SRT, VTT, or TXT transcripts.
