Really like the on-device privacy angle, that's a big plus. One thing that would make it even more useful for me: support for syncing across devices without sending the audio to the cloud, maybe through an encrypted local sync. Would love the same privacy on my phone and laptop.

Thanks! Encrypted cross-device sync is definitely one of the most interesting next steps. The challenge is preserving the same privacy model while making the experience seamless across iPhone, iPad, and Mac. I’m exploring options such as end-to-end encrypted sync where only the user controls the keys, without exposing audio or transcripts to Verba’s servers. Appreciate the suggestion.
The on-device approach really sold me on this. No more worrying about sensitive client calls living on someone else's server, and the summary quality on my last test meeting was surprisingly sharp.

Thank you! That’s exactly the problem I wanted Verba to solve. Sensitive meetings should not have to leave the device just to get useful transcripts and summaries.
